description: An outstanding large cabinet display example for the species with bright brilliant lustrous black prismatic crystals of aegirine to 4.5 cm in height coming off a matrix of large blocky white microcline crystals, some of the largest to 6.5 cm in size. This is in excellent condition. There are many small needles of aegirine throughout as well as micro-zircon crystals. A wonderful display quality example for the species. Measures 16.0 x 16.0 x 7.5 cm. Ex Jordi Povill collection.
