description: Deep red semi-lustrous well formed crystals of almandine-spessartine measuring to 3.0 cm in size throughout a pyrrhotite rich matrix. This deposit is very well-known economically, but very little in collectible mineral specimens have ever been seen. This is a very good example. Measures 7.0 x 4.5 x 4.5 cm overall. Shipping weight: 0.56 pounds.
