Brilliant black lustrous sharp crystals of andradite to 0.4 cm in size scattered thickly over the top of an 8.0 x 4.0 x 2.5 cm matrix. Micro-chipping present in some areas, still this is in very good condition. The base of the matrix is been sawn flat. The piece sits perfectly for display upon the surface.
