Platy crystal groupings of barite measuring to 2.0 cm in size scattered nicely across the front of matrix. This is in great condition. Note the specimen comes with an antique label from Ward's natural science establishment, this label however misidentify's the species as calcite. These are definitely barite crystals. Brightly fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light as seen at the end of the video. This is excellent for the species and locality.
