The Xiefang Mine, located in Ruijin County within the prefecture-level city of Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province, China, is a modern mineral locality that has gained international acclaim within the collector market over the past two decades. Geologically, the deposit is situated within a region renowned for complex hydrothermal systems and granitic intrusive activity characteristic of southern China's prolific metallogenic belts. Mineralogically, the mine is celebrated for producing exceptional specimen-grade associations, most notably lustrous, stepped-cubic or modified green fluorite crystals perched on matrices of clear quartz, as well as striking tabular golden barite clusters. Historically, mining operations at the site transitioned from regional commercial and base metal exploration to yielding some of the world's most prized aesthetic mineral specimens through localized pocket discoveries.
