Creamy yellowish glassy translucent tabular crystals of barite to 5.0 cm across draped beautifully over a mostly translucent purplish blue fluorite crystal matrix. Measures 13.0 x 7.5 x 5.5 cm in size. Excellent luster with nice large crystals. There are two cleaved edges one at the far left facing away from the center of the piece, the other at the lower right facing a way. All of the prominent crystals in the center are in excellent condition. Very choice classic barite from this noted old locality. Shipping weight: 1.39 pounds.
