Arlington Stone Quarry, near Centreville, Fairfax Co., Virginia, USA

Quite unusual for this locality, a mass of bournonite 10.5 x 5.5 x 3.5 cm in size with minor actinolite, chlorite, and bournonite. Very interesting, this one comes with a previous data card from the collection of noted author John Sinkankas. His card notes that this was collected in May 1960 and is very detailed as to where in the quarry the piece was found. Shipping weight: 0.64 pounds. Ex Phil Martin collection.
