Classic multi-generation calcite specimen from this locality with scalenohedral crystals to 4.0 cm in height across the top of this matrix. The first generation are coated with hematite. The second generation crystals are lightly reddish-brown and lustrous as overgrowths across the top of the first generation. Some damage is present as seen. Still in good condition.
