description: A wonderful example for the species from this Kentucky locality with yellow lustrous translucent scalenohedral crystals of calcite, the prominent one double terminated, measuring to 11.5 cm in size on matrix. This is in excellent condition. The matrix is mostly crystalline barite. Minor sphalerite present as well.
