Calcite
specimen number:
2211006
location:
Gordonsville mine, Carthage, Smith Co., Tennessee, USA
description: A set of parallel glassy gem quality amber scalenohedral calcite crystals set on a small breccia chip matrix. Measures 8.0 x 7.0 x 5.0 cm. Very slight micro-chip on the termination of the middle crystal. I think that overall this is in outstanding condition for a calcite specimen. Shows all around. Sits perfectly for display by itself. Ex Steve Neely collection.
Size: 8.0 x 7.0 x 5.0 cm (small-cabinet)
