Classic specimen for this old locality with translucent lustrous scalenohedral crystals of calcite to 5.0 cm in length on top of this calcite coated matrix. The prominent crystals are in great condition, along the lower right edge of the piece is a cleaved crystal, the cleavage facing away from the center of the piece and result of removing the specimen from the pocket within the quarry.
