Lustrous mostly gemmy crystals of calcite measuring to 2.5 cm in size across the top of this matrix. These crystals show internal scalenohedral phantom crystals lined with red hematite micro crystals of what I assume are pyrite are floating throughout the calcite crystals. The specimen is in great condition and is quite attractive. Collected in July, 2022.
