description:
Glassy mostly gemmy scalenohedral crystals of calcite coming off matrix. There is some cleaving on the termination of the prominent crystal, it appears to me that somebody tried to touch this up with a light treatment of acid. This is crystallized completely all around. Impressive crystal size for the species from this locality.
