This locality was the largest fluorspar producer in the state of Kentucky. Specimens from this locality that were collected during the heyday of mining here are rarely seen available on the mineral market they. This is a fantastic large grouping of golden lustrous translucent scalenohedral calcite crystals. Very minimal micro-cleaving present, I think this in great condition.
