description: Colorless to slightly yellowish glassy and gemmy crystals of calcite measuring as large as 12.5 cm in length coming off a thin matrix. A second-generation of much smaller scalenohedral calcite crystals are scattered throughout. This is in super condition. The calcite crystals are brightly fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light.
