Very fine classic specimen from New Mexico, this showing colorless the bluish green translucent pearly crystals of calcite to 1.0 cm in size across the top of this matrix with sky-blue acicular crystallized aurichalcite. Some of the calcite is included with aurichalcite as well. This one in very good condition all around. The previous label with this from the collection of Lazard Cahn is the locality is Bisbee, Arizona. These were often misidentified as to the locality and the piece is actually from New Mexico.
