description: Large chocolate brown non-lustrous opaque crystals of scalenohedral calcite as large as 5.5 cm in size over the top of a crystalline barite matrix. In good condition as seen and sits nicely by itself for display. This mine is generally known only for its bladed barite crystals on quartz. This is a very good example of the species for the locality. Measures 12.0 x 6.5 x 5.0 cm in size. Shipping weight: 1.11 pounds.
