description: Fine grouping of scalenohedral translucent lustrous calcite crystals standing to 8.0 cm in height coming off a breccia matrix. The matrix is beautifully dusted with bright sparkling brassy chalcopyrite crystals. Chalcopyrite also present as inclusions within the calcite crystals, these forming neat phantom crystals. Complete all-around. A crystal was present coming off the upper right side of the piece, this broken away at the matrix. This is not really in view when the piece is displayed properly. Measures 17.0 x 14.5 x 5.0 cm. Shipping weight: 1.5 pounds.
