description: A really attractive large museum size specimen showing a grouping of pale yellowish glassy slightly translucent double terminated calcite crystals 18.0 cm in length set upon a 33.0 x 24.0 x 18.0 cm breccia matrix. The matrix is richly scattered with beautiful glistening purple iridescent chalcopyrite crystals to 0.5 cm in size. The calcite crystal shows contacting across the front as seen in the photos. This is not damage, this is where matrix is been and was loosened the way. Since the matrix was taken away, deposition of small chalcopyrite crystals were scattered throughout this area. Overall in very good condition considering the size of this piece. Shipping weight: 25 pounds.
