description: Absolutely wonderful display quality specimen showing a partly gemmy glassy double terminated calcite crystal 13.0 cm in length set beautifully on edge of a 19.0 x 18.0 x 13.5 cm matrix. Several smaller calcite crystals are present as well. This is in excellent condition, with the only damaged being one of the lesser calcite crystals which is cleaved on the bottom termination basically facing straight down while the piece sits perfectly for display. The large prominent crystal exhibits contact twinning, this rarely seen in calcite crystals from the Viburnum Trend. Shows nicely all around. Shipping weight: 5.39 pounds.
