description: Extra fine spiky white crystals of calcite measuring to 3.0 cm in length in a cluster with yellow crystallized fluorite. Typical of these there is slight cleaving present throughout. I personally feel that the specimen is in excellent condition. A really fine example of this classic crystal habit for the species from this long closed locality. The specimen comes with an antique label and at one time was part of the collection of Rick Russell of Cincinnati, Ohio.
