description: Beautiful golden yellow translucent lustrous scalenohedral crystals of calcite, the largest ones measuring to almost 12.0 cm in size, over the top of this brecciated matrix with non-lustrous cube octahedral crystals of galena to 1.0 cm. The prominent crystal at right is cleaved on the bottom side, this is not really visible when displayed properly. Outside of this the piece is in outstanding condition. Displays beautifully on its own.
