description: Lustrous gemmy sharp amber colored scalenohedral crystals of calcite to 9.0 cm in size coming off a brecciated matrix with lustrous red crystals of marcasite. Calcite crystals exhibit phantom crystals. This is very aesthetic and attractive, in super condition. This would have been collected in the mid to early 1990s and the locality is basically been closed since that time.
