Lustrous almost transparent scalenohedral crystals of calcite to 3.5 cm in height, these showing inclusions of microscopic marcasite, across the top of this matrix. The matrix is very rich in marcasite as seen in the video. Overall in very good condition. This locality is often referred to as the Vulcan quarry.
