Glassy gem scalenohedral crystals of colorless calcite measuring to 1.7 cm in height coming off matrix and showing inclusions of crystallized marcasite. This does exhibits florescence under longwave ultraviolet light. One of the smaller crystals has a cleaved termination, the large prominent crystal is perfect.
