description: Classic Missouri specimen from mining activity in 1994. Semi lustrous gray translucent sharp scalenohedral crystals of calcite to 3.0 cm in height accented beautifully with micro crystals of marcasite and chalcopyrite. A second-generation of calcite over growing the previous generation coated by marcasite and chalcopyrite make this for a very neat specimen. In great condition.
