Idarado Mine, Telluride, San Miguel Co., Colorado, USA
description:
Neat floater elongated and flattened to gemmy colorless calcite crystal showing a faden and measuring 8.5 x 3.5 x 1.0 cm in size. No points of attachment and in excellent condition. Tiny crystals of pyrite scattered throughout. Extremely unique, I remember selling a small amount of these maybe 20 years ago that we acquired out of the Scholz collection and Wabash, Indiana. This retains Scholz's number on one side of the specimen. Shipping weight: 0.1 pounds. Ex Charles Noll collection.
Size: 8.5 x 3.5 x 1.0 cm (small-cabinet)
