Neat locality example, platy crystals of colorless calcite to 3.0 cm in size are set up on a matrix of crystallized quartz. Micro pyrite crystals are scattered throughout. Collected in June, 2004. The calcite crystals are brightly fluorescent red under longwave ultraviolet light.
