Classic old German specimen with interconnected yellowish rhombohedral crystals of calcite in a tight open geode pocket which is lined with sparkling purple crystals of quartz. Slight micro-damage present, still in good condition. The specimen comes with an antique label as shown at the end of the video. The specimen dates to the 19th century and at one time was a part of the collection of a person named Hoyer which was sold off in 1893.
