description: An impressive large plate of smoky quartz crystals, this hosting rhombohedral sharp crystals of calcite measuring to 3.0 cm in size. Prismatic white crystals of laumontite to 2.0 cm in length are scattered throughout. The largest smoky quartz crystal measures to 6.0 cm in height. This neat combination specimen is in very good condition. The calcite crystals are fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light.
