Rhombohedral crystals of calcite to almost 1.0 cm in size across the top of this massive sphalerite matrix with quartz and pyrite. Some chipping present, still in good condition. The matrix is starting to get a little crumbly on the edges due to pyrite disease; as of now the piece is still solid.
