Calcite with Siderite, Fluorite
specimen number:
8642243
location:
Munstertal, Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany
description: Colorless translucent crystals of calcite to 1.0 cm in size across the top of this siderite and fluorite matrix. The calcite crystals exhibit neat scepter forms as seen. Very slight chipping is present as shown in the video along one edge of the matrix. Overall I think in good condition. An old classic specimen that comes with an antique label from the University of Pennsylvania.
