The top of this limestone matrix is mostly covered with semi lustrous pale blue translucent crystals of Celestine to 2.2 cm in size. Small crystals of calcite are scattered throughout. This is in good condition, especially considering the size of the piece a number of crystals present. Fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light.
