A very neat and unusual cabinet sized example for what is known as blister copper. Basically intergrowth's of chalcopyrite with bornite, these form spherical shaped groupings to 1.0 cm in diameter. These are richly and attractively scattered throughout a 12.0 x 9.0 x 4.0 cm matrix. The specimen sits perfectly by itself for display. Ex Ed Raines collection.
