description:
Superb deep purple lustrous blocky highly translucent crystals of the variety of clinochlore known as kammererite measuring to 0.5 cm in size across one side of this matrix. Unlike most of these Turkish specimens, this one is in terrific condition. This would have been collected in the 1970s.
