description: This is an absolutely wonderful superb cabinet sized crystallized native copper from this famous mining district. Branching dendritic crystals of native copper forming and aesthetic 12.0 x 12.0 x 7.0 cm grouping. This sits perfectly by itself for display and shows well all around. At one point part of the John V. Mitchell collection. Mr. Mitchell was a mine boss at the Sacramento mine around 1918 and 1919. Historical and of outstanding quality. Shipping weight: 1.69 pounds.
