Copper-after-Azurite

specimen number:
3771122

location:
Rose mine, Georgetown, Grant Co., New Mexico, USA

description:
Classic example from this locality showing a floater grouping of what were bladed azurite crystals in a rose structure now replaced by native copper. This one comes with an antique label that actually gives the locality in Colorado. This is definitely from New Mexico but we will include the label to keep the history of the piece intact. In great condition.
