A deep purplish red sharp crystal of corundum, this is the variety known as ruby, measuring 2.7 cm in size set nicely up on matrix. In good condition. Note that the previous label as shown at the end of the video gives an erroneous locality. For keeping the provenance intact we will include the label however.
