description: Absolutely superb hexagonal lustrous deep blue sapphire crystal 3.5 x 3.0 x 0.7 cm in size standing up free and clear from an 8.5 x 6.0 x 4.5 cm black schist matrix. In excellent condition. There are several smaller sapphire crystals present as well. This is an outstanding example for this locality.
