Fluorite
specimen number:
3821122
location:
Berbes district, Asturias, Spain
description:
A gorgeous Spanish fluorite specimen with glassy light blue to slightly purplish cubic crystals to 3.5 cm in size and a very aesthetic grouping. This is in super condition. Naturally crystallized even on the backside. We previously owned the specimen twice. Originally I acquired the specimen in 1999 from a German collector in the Black Forest. Afterwords I sold the piece to Lloyd Tate. We reacquired the specimen when we acquired the Tate collection. We sold the piece again to the Barnes, and now have it back. Super piece.
