Yellowish cubic crystals of fluorite gemmy and lustrous measuring to 0.4 cm in size across the top of a crystallized calcite matrix with minor pyrite. This is in good condition, quite nice for this old Iowa locality. The fluorite crystals are brightly fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light.
