description:
Semi-lustrous translucent Brown crystals of fluorite to 1.7 cm on edge along one edge of an open pocket lined with scalenohedral colorless calcite crystals to 1.5 cm in size. Tiny marcasite present as well. The fluorite in excellent condition, some cleaving to the calcite is present. The back of the matrix has been shaped with a trim saw. Measures 10.0 x 8.5 x 4.0 cm overall. Nice fluorite from this quarry was never very common. The locality has long been closed. Shipping weight: 0.91 pounds.
