Fluorite with Galena
specimen number:
1652121
location:
Blackdene Mine, Stanhope, Weardale, Co. Durham, England, UK
description:
Beautiful classic large fluorite specimen from England. Lustrous partly gemmy crystals of fluorite forming a large cluster with minor crystallized galena. Very minimal damage present, I think that the specimen is in very good condition. Incredibly fluorescent. We gives the locality here as it was provided to us, I am not so uncertain that this is from the Frazer's Hush Mine.
