A representative specimen featuring colorless to slightly greenish translucent fluorite crystals measuring up to 0.8 cm on matrix, associated with crystallized quartz. The specimen is in good condition overall and is accompanied by an antique label dating to the early 20th century, as shown at the end of the video, adding historical provenance and collector interest. Mount Mottarone, situated between Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta in northern Italy, is part of the Alpine mineral belt and is known for hydrothermal vein mineralization that has produced fluorite, quartz, and related species from fissures within metamorphic rocks.
