Superb old-time fluorite specimen showing several generations on one piece. The larger crystals to 3.0 cm on edge and coated with sugary quartz. A second-generation of purplish translucent crystals to 0.6 cm on edge are present as well. Displays nicely and in excellent condition. The edges of the piece seem to show that the quartz was replacing the first-generation of fluorite. Previous label from the fluorite collection of Herb Obodda. Measures 13.5 x 6.0 x 4.0 cm.
