This is a superb example for fluorite from this locality known for its exceptional spessartine crystals. A purple mostly gemmy and lustrous octahedral crystal 3.5 cm across is set perfectly on matrix. The back of this is covered with orange spessartine crystals and blocky crystals of microcline. The specimen is in very good condition.
