description: Outstanding grouping of flattened twinned semi-lustrous Galena crystals measuring 6.0 x 5.0 x 5.0 cm in size overall. The crystal show a very nice patina, a result from a light dusting of micro crystalline pyrite. This sits perfectly by itself for display. Minor dolomite present. This type of twinning for the species is very uncommon from the mining district, this is an outstanding example. Shipping weight: 0.64 pounds.
