description: Excellent lustrous flattened twinned crystals of galena 5.0 cm across standing up from a crystallized matrix with much white pearly dolomite. In outstanding condition and crystallized neatly all around, this measures 5.0 x 5.0 x 4.0 cm. Normally this type of twinning for the species in this mining district is quite unusual, and most often dull lustered. This current example shows very large crystals and are quite bright. Superb piece. Shipping weight: 0.28 pounds.
