description: A wonderful extremely thin undamaged freestanding twin crystal of galena 5.5 x 4.0 x 0.3 cm in size on a breccia matrix covered by pearly white dolomite crystals and smaller twinned crystals of galena. This shows nicely all around and is an outstanding condition. The twin galena crystals are mostly coated with microscopic crystallized pyrite. Truly rare in this quality for this type of twinning for the species from this mining district. Measures 13.0 x 7.5 x 6.0 cm in size. Shipping weight: 2.64 pounds.
