description: Superb twinned crystals of Galena measuring to 2.5 cm in size thick and attractive over the top of an 8.0 x 5.5 x 4.0 cm matrix. This is an outstanding condition. This type of twinning for the species is quite uncommon in this mining district, and when found, usually are very dull in luster. This current specimen shows extremely bright crystals and is superb for this type of crystallization and the species from the mining district. Shows nicely all around and sits perfectly by itself for display. Shipping weight: 0.60 pounds.
